New Director Appointment at AESPUMP South Africa
AESPUMP South Africa is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ruphus Ntologane Maja as Business Development Director for Sub-Saharan Africa. Ruphus transitions into this role from his previous position as Business Development Manager, where he demonstrated strong leadership and consistent delivery in driving commercial growth.
Ruphus brings over 17 years of experience across the pumps, conveyor equipment, and broader engineering solutions sectors. His career reflects a strong commercial acumen paired with deep technical understanding, enabling him to consistently unlock value for customers, while strengthening long-term, ethical partnerships across the region.

His academic achievements, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School and a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Johannesburg, further reinforces his balanced approach to leadership, combining technical depth with strategic insight.
