    AESPUMP is located in Secunda, South Africa.

    Besides a lifting capacity enabling the repair of pumps up to 20 tons, the company has pump testing facilities to ISO 9906, is fully compliant with ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS18001, has merSETA approval for apprenticeship training; is BEE certified to Level 4 and has achieved green rating by Sasol Synfuels.

    This facility has been approved as an accredited pump repair and service centre by Sundyne, Hidrostal, Goodwin, Floway, Vertical Turbine Pumps & Netzsch.

    History

    AESPUMP was formed in 2012 from the Secunda-based rotating equipment repairs division of our sister company AESSEAL.

    Upon formation, AESPUMP expanded to occupy its own building, which was gutted and re-designed to include a test bay, clean-room facilities for flameproof pump repairs, and new machinery. Other additions included a spray booth and drying chamber for Belzona protective coatings.

    In 2013, AESPUMP’s administrative services moved from Secunda to form a head office in Spartan, Johannesburg. Independent AESPUMP continues to complement AESSEAL’s established capability in the sale and repair of mechanical seals.
